Cell culture
The cell culture room can accommodate you and your cells.
It is very well equipped for primary or lineage cells with two type 2 safety stations, two incubators, a centrifuge, a small benchtop microscope to carry out initial observations and cell counting.
We supply all our users with plastic and paper consumables.Liquid consumables (culture media and reagents) will not be.
Photonic Microscopy
Confocal SP8
You will find a room dedicated to microscopy. Two video microscopes, a fast confocal, spinning disk, controlled by metamorph software and a confocal SP8 (under LASX) will allow you to test your microfluidic chips in real conditions.
All microscopes are equipped to control the temperature and atmosphere in CO2. Fluigent pressure controllers are also available to work under controlled flow.
Fluid Control
At the practical room, you'll find Fluigent MCFS 1 Bar pressure controllers, Flow Unit flow controllers, Microfluidic Sampling Valve 2-SWITCH™ 3-port/2-way valves, and a new Flow EZ™ 7 Bar controller enabling pressure control over a wider pressure range.
